Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Most orders are processed within 2 days, but the maximum process time is 5 days during busy periods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and it the time it takes to get to you will depend on the courrier. Usually though, it won't take more than 10 business days.

Returns

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. To submit a return, please use the contact page on the website. A link to a return form will be emailed to you where you’ll be able to input your order number, reason for return, and you will be provided with the return adress to send the shipment to. Once we have received your returned item, we will process your refund withing 5 business days. 

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please notify us using the contact page on the website.

When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized; (this does not apply to products sold on this website)
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (this does not apply to products sold on this website).

Lost orders: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

If tracking information states an order was delivered, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at your address. You should then reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch."

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
